Minimally Invasive Laser Proctology

Hemorrhoids without a scalpel. Pilonidal sinus without stitches. Back to work in 2-3 days.

Laser proctology is a modern alternative to classic proctological surgery. We use diode lasers with wavelengths of 1470 nm and 980 nm, which act selectively inside the tissue — without extensive incisions, without stitches, with minimal bleeding. The main procedures we perform are LHP (Laser Hemorrhoidoplasty) — laser ablation of hemorrhoidal nodes in grade II, III and selected grade IV hemorrhoids, and SiLaC — laser closure of the pilonidal sinus with a puncture wound below 2 mm. LHP preserves the anoderm, eliminates the risk of anal stenosis and shortens recovery to 2-3 days. Post-operative pain reduction reaches 80% compared to a classic hemorrhoidectomy. The procedures are performed by Dr. Jan Bujok — a surgeon with 15 years of experience in general surgery, proctology and phlebology.
