Laser CO2 — Resurfacing and Aesthetic Surgery

Eyelids without a scalpel. Scars without compromise. Vaporization of benign lesions without stitches.

The CO2 laser (10,600 nm) in UltraPulse and SuperPulse technology is one of the most versatile platforms in aesthetic medicine and dermatosurgery. At our clinic we use it in four main areas. Fractional resurfacing — deep skin rejuvenation, treatment of post-operative scars, photoaging and eyelid laxity (so-called non-surgical blepharoplasty — an alternative to classic eyelid surgery without a scalpel incision). Vaporization of benign lesions — bloodless removal of dermal nevi, seborrheic warts, soft fibromas, genital warts, syringomas and xanthelasma. The procedure provides immediate hemostasis and excellent scar aesthetics thanks to a narrow zone of thermal necrosis (below 50 µm). Surgical removal of suspicious lesions — in continuous-wave surgical mode, with a spot of 0.2-1.0 mm. Combined with dermatoscopy and histopathology. Hybrid protocols — Total Scar Revision (CO2 + Secret RF) and facial lifting in synergy with radiofrequency.
