Aesthetic Phlebology — Varicose and Spider Veins
Microphlebectomy without marks. Spider veins disappear in 3-6 sessions. You go home the same day.
Aesthetic phlebology at our clinic is based on two complementary technologies: laser obliteration of spider veins and microsurgical removal of tributary varicose veins. Transcutaneous laser obliteration uses the Fotona StarWalker MaQX Nd:YAG laser (1064 nm) in Long Pulse mode, which precisely destroys the walls of spider veins (0.5-1.5 mm) and reticular vessels (up to 3 mm) from the inside, through a hit on the hemoglobin absorption peak. The method eliminates the need for injections and avoids the risks of classic sclerotherapy. Microphlebectomy using the Varady/Müller method is used to remove tributary varicose veins. Through microscopic needle punctures (under tumescent anesthesia), the surgeon removes the altered plexuses without the need for classic incisions and stitches — the patient achieves an excellent cosmetic result and can leave the office in a compression stocking the same day. The procedures are performed by Dr. Jan Bujok — a surgeon with a phlebology specialization.
